Girl Scouts compete in decorating contest
On Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, Girl Scout Service Unit 821 held a gingerbread house decorating contest at the 4-H Building in Washington. The service unit is made up of Girl Scouts from Washington, Kalona, Wellman, Keota, Crawfordsville, Ainsworth, Riverside and Lone Tree. Three volunteers from the community judged the event and the following awards were given.
