Gov. Reynolds announces Camp Dodge now serving as insurance producer licensing test center

DES MOINES– Gov. Kim Reynolds announced Monday that Pearson VUE, the third party contractor that conducts insurance producer licensing exams for the Iowa Insurance Division, has added Camp Dodge in Johnston as a test center.

'We've worked hard through the Future Ready Iowa and Home Base Iowa initiatives to make sure that we help connect service members and their families to high-quality, good-paying jobs right here in Iowa,” Gov. Reynolds said. 'I'm pleased that the Iowa Insurance Division and its contractor Pearson VUE are working to cut red tape and make the licensing process as easy as possible for those serving our country.”

'We want service members and their families to have access to high-quality, good-paying jobs in the Iowa insurance industry,” Iowa Insurance Commissioner Doug Ommen said. 'By providing testing facilities at Camp Dodge and at other military bases around the globe, Pearson VUE is doing a great service to those who are frequently relocated or are transitioning to a civilian career.”
