Gracie L. Warning Mills, 87, of Salem died on Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at Sunnybrook Assisted Living, in Mt. Pleasant.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, in Maple Grove Cemetery, in Cantril, with Rev. Jared Haley officiating. At Mills? request, the casket will remain closed and there will be no visitation.

Gracie L. Warning Mills, 87, of Salem died on Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at Sunnybrook Assisted Living, in Mt. Pleasant.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, in Maple Grove Cemetery, in Cantril, with Rev. Jared Haley officiating. At Mills? request, the casket will remain closed and there will be no visitation.
Memorials to Salem Friends Church may be brought to the cemetery or mailed to the family at P.O. Box 155, Salem, IA 52649. Pedrick Funeral Home, of Keosauqua, is handling the arrangements.
Mills was born on July 31, 1928, at Farmington, the daughter of Selby and Florence Keck Sprouse,. She graduated from Cantril High School. On June 8, 1946, she married Richard E. ?Deacon? Warning, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death. She then married Harold Mills on Jan. 19, 2002.
She was a homemaker.
She attended Salem Friends Church for many years.
Mills is survived by her husband, Harold.
She was preceded in death by her first husband; a brother, Clyde Sprouse; and two sisters, Vera Scheer and Carolyn Bolin.
