Grant funds books for Batavia library
BATAVIA ? The Batavia Public Library recently received 71 new children and young adult books from The Libri Foundation.
The grant was possible because former Batavia resident Darlene Ordoff and Friends of the Batavia Public Libraryraised the $350 necessary for the matching funds.
The library also received an additional $100 by an Iowa resident?s contribution to The Libri Foundation.
