Great River Health Systems is offering a clinic for athletes who want to improve their running form, efficiency and speed.
Running Mechanics is scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, Feb. 11, at Great River Athletic and Performance Center in Great River Wellness Plaza, located at 1401 W. Agency Road, in West Burlington.

Great River Health Systems is offering a clinic for athletes who want to improve their running form, efficiency and speed.
Running Mechanics is scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, Feb. 11, at Great River Athletic and Performance Center in Great River Wellness Plaza, located at 1401 W. Agency Road, in West Burlington.

Participants will receive a running clinic t-shirt, and educational and drill instructions. There is a registration fee. The clinic is limited to 20 participants.
