The groom-elect is the son of Jesse and Suella Pilcher of Fairfield and Kelly Laughlin and Kevin of Douds. He is a 2007 graduate of Fairfield High School and attended William Penn University. He is employed with Pilcher Construction.
A June 18 wedding is planned.
