GRHS to offer pre and postnatal workshops

On Saturday, July 28, Great River Health Fitness will offer interactive pre and postnatal workshops in Wellness Plaza, 1401 W. Agency Rd., West Burlington.
The workshop is designed for women in their first and second trimesters and is scheduled from 8:30-10 a.m. The third-trimester and postnatal workshop will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon. There is a fee to attend.

On Saturday, July 28, Great River Health Fitness will offer interactive pre and postnatal workshops in Wellness Plaza, 1401 W. Agency Rd., West Burlington.
The workshop is designed for women in their first and second trimesters and is scheduled from 8:30-10 a.m. The third-trimester and postnatal workshop will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon. There is a fee to attend.
Workshops will include information about nutrition, the effect of exercise on mothers and babies and tips for improving comfort and mobility.
Participants should be prepared to try exercises that are demonstrated. Registration is required and can be done by calling Great River Health Fitness at 319-768-4191.
