What a great evening...playing a favorite game of six handed canasta! Nancy Maere stated she would love to learn the game...she joined Irene Baughman, Ethel Hendrickson, Carolyn Kaufman, Marcella Reed and Sybil Thornton in a brisk game. Ethel was Nancy?s mentor with Carolyn as scorekeeper...even though the team Nancy was on came up short point-wise, we all agree that?s not why we enjoying playing this game so very much.
Happy Birthday wishes go out this week to Joe Triplett, Letha Statler, Mary Meeks, and Barb Wood.
Team members and residents express sympathy to the family of our friend and resident, Don Patterson.
