Harley celebrates 106th birthday
Former local resident, Harriet Tinnes Harley, celebrates her 106th birthday
Harriet Tinnes Harley of 3752 Thunder Ridge Road # 123, Bettendorf, will celebrate her 106th birthday on July 27. Family members from around the country will be celebrating with her. And, they are encouraging friends and former students to send cards and notes.
Harley was a graduate of Keota High School in 1931.
She had two daughters: Dr. Sandra Harley Carey (Brig. Gen. J. Ronald Carey), Canyon Lake, Texas, and Linda Leanne Harley, formerly of Dahinda, Ill. She also has two granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.
