Healthy Henry Co. Communities kicks off monthly healthy living series with goal setting workshop
Healthy Henry County Communities (HHCC) is partnering with the Fellowship Cup to host a monthly community wellness education series.

Healthy Henry County Communities (HHCC) is partnering with the Fellowship Cup to host a monthly community wellness education series.
The series will kick off on Tuesday, Jan. 12, at 5:30 p.m., with a ?Goal Setting? workshop. Elise Klopfenstein, Henry Couthy Health Center?s (HCHC) Registered Dietitian, will talk about how to move from New Year?s resolutions to lifestyle changes. This will be held in the community room at the Fellowship Cup.
A light snack will be provided and there is no cost to attend.
Future workshops will cover crock pot cooking, gardening, and health and fitness websites and apps.
This series is designed so that all residents of Henry County have the opportunity to learn about heathy habits.
