Henry County Cattlemen present WACO students with gift certificates

Mr. Jeff McGohan, representing the Henry County Cattlemen, recently presented gift certificates worth $300 to students enrolled in the WACO Senior High Family and Consumer Science class.
These certificates will be used for the purchase of various beef cuts enhancing student experiences in WACO?s Family and Consumer Science classrooms. The organization provides funding to all the public schools in Henry County, as well as $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors from Henry County.
The deadline is fast approaching to apply for the scholarship. Forms can be picked up at the WACO guidance office.
