Henry County Health Center to focus on choosing healthy snacks at upcoming free program

Henry County Health Center (HCHC) invites all individuals with a chronic disease to a free program ?Coffee with Katie and Laura? on Thursday, April 28, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

This will be held in the Diabetes Education Center, located in Suite 24 at HCHC.

Join Katie Westphal, RN, BSN, and Laura Williams, RN, CDE, for a social hour, light refreshments and a discussion on the topic of "Picking Healthy Snacks".

The self-care group is offered for anyone with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, or other conditions who would like to learn more about how to control this disease. The public is invited to attend this free program.
