Henry County Heritage Trust to present ‘Voices from the Past’

‘Voices from the Past’ will be presented at the Henry County Heritage Center Museum, 403 West Madison Street, Mount Pleasant, on Saturday, July 12.
Presentations will be given every 15 minutes beginning at 2 p.m.
Bev Benda will portray Beloved Taxi Cab Driver, Vera Shafer, Spencer Barton will portray Controversial Preacher & Orator Henry Clay Dean, and Tony Campbell will portray well-known local Barber, Samuel McCracken
Tour the museum to hear the stories of three, unique Mount Pleasant residents of the past. The reenactors will be stationed in different rooms of the museum and their stories will be repeated several times during the afternoon.
