Healthy Henry County Communities (HHCC) has posted an application for funds to build a skatepark in Henry County.
Applicants must be a tax exempt, non-profit entity or governmental entity to be eligible to apply for funds. The application and details can be found at www.HealthyHenryCounty.org/active-living/.
Applications must be received via mail or email by Dec. 31, 2016, to be considered for this round of funding. If no applications are funded or if funding remains, the application process will re-open on Feb. 1, 2017, with a second deadline of June 30, 2017.
