Highland School Board to meet Monday

The Highland Community Schools Board of Directors meeting will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, Oct.13, 2014. in the Highland Board Room.

Tentative agenda items include: Approval of the agenda; consent agenda, for approval of Sept. 8 and Sept. 22 regular meeting minutes, approval of financial reports, approval of the monthly bills and approval of school fundraisers; receiving visitors and reading miscellaneous communications; an organization meeting to elect president and vice president and to appoint board committee members for the 2014-15 school year; approval of the Certified Annual Report for 2013-14 school year; approval of Special Education Supplement for 2013-14 school year; approval of the Transportation Report for 2013-14 school year; discussion/action on 2014-15 Title I application; discussion/action on 28E sharing agreement of ELL instructor with Lone Tree; preliminary report on certified enrollment for the 2014-15 school year; personnel; and reports of board and administration.
