Hills receive Rose Award
The Fairfield Beautification Commission bestowed the Rose Award on Donal and Mary Hill, who live at the end of Walton Lake Drive surrounding Walton Lake in Fairfield.
The commission gives the Rose Award to property owners who beautify their land.
