On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Hillsboro resident Irene Hoaglin turns 105 years young.

She lived in the Hillsboro community and taught music at Harmony School District for many years. For those who would like to wish Irene a 'Happy Birthday” cards may be sent to: Irene Hoaglin at Legacy Pointe, 1020 S. Scott Blvd., Apt. #227, Iowa City, IA 52240.

Please refrain from calling Irene at Legacy Pointe since she has difficulty hearing and a card or note would be much more appreciated.
