Hillsboro soup supper and bingo Saturday

The Hillsboro Fire and Rescue Department's Annual Soup Supper and Bingo is Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Hillsboro Community Center. Soup will be served from 5-7 p.m. with Bingo from 7-9 p.m. A free will offering will be accepted.

Soups served this year will be Chili, Hot (spicy) Chili, Broccoli Cheese, Oyster and Potato with Ham. If anyone would like to donate a new or hand-crafted item(s) for the Bingo prizes, please contact Linda Carter at 319-253-4045 to make arrangements on getting your item(s) to the Hillsboro Community Center.

Another upcoming event in the community is the Hillsboro Fire and Rescue Departments 28th Annual Christmas Craft Show on Saturday, Nov. 9.
