The city of Hillsboro will be having Trick-or-Treat on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 5-8 p.m. If you plan on participating, have your porch light on. Any vehicles traveling through Hillsboro at this time are asked to watch out for the ghosts and goblins as they cross the streets.
