The Washington County Historical Society Executive Board met on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 9 a.m. at the Washington Public Library. Ferd Marie was presiding officer. Seven members attended.

The Washington County Historical Society Executive Board met on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 9 a.m. at the Washington Public Library. Ferd Marie was presiding officer. Seven members attended.
It was noted that work is continuing in the Conger House basement in the Indian artifacts room and in the pioneer kitchen. The minutes of the executive board meetings will be put on the society Web site. Preliminary plans were made for the annual dinner and for an open house in Conger House in May, when the basement work is completed.
The next meeting will be Feb. 27 at 9 a.m. at the Washington Public Library.
