Hospital trustees to meet Thursday

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, in the Nicola Conference Room.
Items on the agenda include the finance report, a capital equipment request for an Omnicell Secure Vault upgrade, Vitera proposal, personnel/credentials, Nominating Committee report, annual presentation of Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest, medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and building survey.
The board has scheduled three closed sessions:
? Peer Review - State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(l);
? Compliance Report - State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(a); and
? Strategic Planning - State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(l).
