Hunter education class offered
The Southeast Iowa Skeet Club is offering hunter education safety classes March 19, 21 and 23 at the club.
Attendance of all three sessions is required. Sessions are 6-9 p.m. March 19 and 21 and 8 a.m. to noon March 23.

Hunter safety classes are mandatory for everyone born after Jan. 1, 1972, who wants to purchase a hunting license. In order to purchase a license, a person must have a certificate showing completion of a hunter education course.
The minimum age for certification is 12.
The class is free, but pre-registration is required.
