Hy-Vee hosting free cheese pull Thursday

Fairfield Hy-Vee Food and Drug Store will host a BelGioioso Mozzarella Cheese Pull at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Hy-Vee Club Room.

Experts from BelGioioso Cheese Inc. will make fresh mozzarella cheese during the free event open to the entire family. Participants will see the cheese grow from the curd to the final product. Samples will be provided throughout the demonstration.

BelGioioso Cheese has been specializing in all-natural, award-winning Italian cheeses for more than 20 years.
