Ida May Barron, 79, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of New London, died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City. According to her wishes, her body has been cremated and there will be no formal services at Elliott Chapel, New London. Inurnment of her cremains will be held at Burge Cemetery, rural New London at a later date.
