Logan Howard, Navy E3, graduated from basic training on Aug. 29, 2014. He will be going to South Carolina to begin studying nuclear engineering. He would like to serve on a nuclear submarine.
Howard is the son of Jamie and Dawn Howard of Wayland, and Heather and Bobby Schenk of Washington. He graduated from Washington High School in May 2014.
