The Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center invites the public to join them in their talent search for the upcoming event, ?In the Spotlight? talent show at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27.
Performer registration is still open. Show managers are looking for performers of ALL AGES: singers, dancers, magicians, actors, comedians, gymnasts, beatboxers, instrumentalists, etc.

The Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center invites the public to join them in their talent search for the upcoming event, ?In the Spotlight? talent show at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27.
Performer registration is still open. Show managers are looking for performers of ALL AGES: singers, dancers, magicians, actors, comedians, gymnasts, beatboxers, instrumentalists, etc.
Area students involved in speech, drama and music groups are encouraged to register as well as dance students from surrounding communities. The WAPAEC Advisory Committee is also challenging residents of the area retirement homes to share their talents. Performers may get more information or register by contacting inthespotlighttalentshow@gmail.com.
There is no registration fee and prizes will be awarded. All proceeds will go to support the Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center. Judges for the competition include: Mackenzie Gracey and Rich Bentler.
More information about ?In the Spotlight Talent Show? is available online at www.WashingtonAuditorium.org. General admission tickets are available online now and will go on sale at the Chamber of Commerce Office in Washington on Jan. 16. Tickets will also be available at the WAPAEC box office one hour before the event.
