Indian Hills art show set
OTTUMWA ? Mount Pleasant artist Ann Klingensmith will open a one-artist exhibition in the Indian Hills Community College Art Gallery in early September.

OTTUMWA ? Mount Pleasant artist Ann Klingensmith will open a one-artist exhibition in the Indian Hills Community College Art Gallery in early September.
The exhibit will debut with a reception from 6-7:15 p.m. Sept. 6. Klingensmith has been a member of the art faculty at Iowa Wesleyan College in Mount Pleasant since 1994. Courses she teaches include drawing, graphics and printmaking. Her artwork consists primarily of woodcut relief prints featuring dream-like views of animals, like dogs and crows, in changing seasons.
The exhibit ends Nov. 1.
The Indian Hills Art Gallery is in the library on the Ottumwa campus of Indian Hills Community College. The gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 8:40 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 4:30-9 p.m. Sundays.
