Indian Hills to present Broadway Melodies concert
OTTUMWA ? Broadway Melodies, Indian Hills Community College?s annual spring vocal concert, is scheduled for 3 p.m. May 8 in St. John Auditorium on the Ottumwa campus.

OTTUMWA ? Broadway Melodies, Indian Hills Community College?s annual spring vocal concert, is scheduled for 3 p.m. May 8 in St. John Auditorium on the Ottumwa campus.
Michael Philipsen will direct the Indian Hills Concert Choir, Camerata Singers and a number of student soloists in a program of selections from a wide variety of Broadway show tunes. Featured musicals will include ?Wicked,? ?Billy Elliott,? ?Carousel,? ?Gentlemen Prefer Blondes,? ?Funny Girl,? ?A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum? and ?Peter Pan.?
Local students involved in the concert include: Raymond Booth of Batavia; Ashley Roate of Brighton; Sara Connor of Douds; Bethany Taylor of Eldon; Tiffani Brush, Emily Clemons, Brian Danielson, Michael Davies, Amanda Hostetter, Rachel Keller and Kelsey Anne Smith of Fairfield; Brittany Beggs, Alesha Blair and Gwen Crist of Keosauqua; and Mitch Anderson of Lockridge.
Admission to the concert is free.
