Introduction to beekeeping class planned Jan. 28-29
An introduction to beekeeping class is set from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 28-29 at the Jefferson County Park Nature Center.
Participants will learn the skills required to become a beekeeper. The course is designed to give individuals all the knowledge and information needed to start beekeeping in 2012.
The course is taught by knowledgeable beekeepers, with more than 50 years of combined experience.
