Iowa J of Wayland welcomes new member

Chapter Iowa J, Wayland, of the National T.T.T. Society met Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the Wayland Community Center. The first order of business was to hold the Welcoming Ceremony for new member Cori Kuntz. Eight members were present.
Recording Secretary Tracy Hill took roll call and read the minutes of the September 24 meeting. Minutes were approved as read. Treasurer Lori Messer gave her report and it was approved and filed for audit. She reported having sent in the R&D Report to the National Office. Dues were collected.
President Georgia Fort reported that the November meeting will be held on November 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wayland Community Center. Chapter L will join us for the evening and have a time of games and fellowship. Chapter J members will serve refreshments.
Nominations chair Donna Fischer presented the slate of officers for 2025 as President, Georgia Fort; Vice-President Judith Hueholt; Treasure/Corresponding Secretary, Lori Messer; Recording Secretary/Historian, Tracy Hill. Nominations closed and the Recording Secretary cast the elective ballot. Parliamentarian Cindy Seberg presided over installation of the officers for the new year.
Chapter J next meeting will be November 18, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. at the Wayland Community Center with Chapter L as guests. Meeting adjourned with the Closing Creed.
