Iowa J, Wayland chapter of National T.T.T. plans for state convention

Seven Members of Iowa J, Wayland, of the National T.T.T. Society met Tuesday evening, Feb. 28, 2023 at the Wayland Community Center.

Meeting opened with Sword of Gold. President Georgia Fort touched on having received the Call to Convention.

Treasurer Lori Messer gave her report and a memorial gift will be sent to the National Project Fund in memory of Laverne Messer, husband of member Linda Messer.

Camp Chair Joni Huisenga discussed the upcoming camping season. She will be contacting two girls and their families to possibly attend Camp Wyoming this Spring. Our chapter has three former campers who will be graduating from high school this Spring and they will be remembered.

It was the consensus of the group to have a table at State Convention Market Place. Delegates names will be registered for Convention April 21-22, along with those other members attending. Members are asked to provide a few things to be sold at Market Place.

Chapters next meeting will be March 28, 2023 at 7 p.m. at the Wayland Community Center. Meeting closed with repeating the Closing Creed.
