Iowa J Wayland T.T.T.

Members of Iowa J, Wayland, of the National T.T.T. Society met Tuesday evening, Oct. 22, 2019, at the Wayland Community Center at 6:30 p.m. President Lori Messer called the meeting to order with the singing of Sword of Gold.

Recording Secretary Georgia Fort took roll call with 10 members present. She read the minutes of the Sept. 24, 2019 meeting.

Treasurer's report was given and it was reported that the R & D Report had been completed and sent.

Nominating Committee reported slate of officers for the new year. Being only one nominee for each office, the recording secretary cast the elective ballot. New officers are: President, Georgia Fort; Vice-President, Judy Hueholt; Recording Secretory/Historian, Tracy Hill; and Treasurer/Corresponding Secretary, Lori Messer. Installation will be held at the beginning of the Nov. 26, 2019 meeting. Donna Fischer was elected to the nominating committee. Susan Corderman will be the chair for 2020. Joni Huisenga and Katy Samo will serve as co-chairs of the camp committee. Christmas Gift Cards will be ready at the November meeting on Nov. 26, 2019, at 7 p.m., at the Community Center.
