Iowa Symphony band to perform
The Iowa Symphony Band is the premier wind band at the University of Iowa. It showcases 65 of the most talented wind and percussion students at the university. The Iowa Symphony Band is the premier wind band at the University of Iowa. It showcases 65 of the most talented wind and percussion students at the university. The band will be performing Tuesday, April 11 at 7:30 at the Washington Community Theater under the direction of Dr. Mark Heidel. Their performance is sponsored by the Washington Concert Association and co-sponsored by the Washington County Riverboat Foundation.
This is the last concert of the 2016-17 season of the Washington Concert Association. Those who attend and have not been members of the association can attend free if they purchase a 2017-18 season ticket. As always, high school age and under are admitted free.
