ISU College of Ag. and Life Sciences awards scholarships to local students

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Iowa State University has awarded more than 2,250 scholarships to students for the 2016-17 academic year.

Scholarship awards for the 2016-2017 academic year were presented to the following students from the local area:

-Riggs Wilson, Joseph Fleming Endowment Scholarship, of Mt. Pleasant

-Elaina Conrad, Duane Hinkle Agriculture Scholarship, of Mt. Pleasant

-Hannah Stater, Future of Agriculture Scholarship, of Mt. Pleasant

-Klinton Garrett, Iowa Master Farmer Association Production Scholarship, of Wayland

-Erica Robison, Cynthia Sue Jacobson Hansen Memorial Scholarship, of Winfield

The college and its departments award more than $3 million in scholarships each year.
