Jackson Jets 4-H Club
The Jackson Jets 4-H Club met Sunday, March 8, at the Washington County Extension building. The meeting was called to order by president Emma Stout at 6 p.m. Addie Pacha led the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call was taken.

The Jackson Jets 4-H Club met Sunday, March 8, at the Washington County Extension building. The meeting was called to order by president Emma Stout at 6 p.m. Addie Pacha led the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call was taken.
A service project will be scheduled for April. FSQA will be April 25, from 8:15 a.m. to noon at the extension office for any members showing livestock at the fair. The County 4-H Dodgeball Tournament was held before the meeting. The Intermediate/Senior team got second overall. There was a signup for Presentation Day on April 12, from 12:30 to 3 p.m. for all members who have not yet given a presentation. All members are encouraged to watch the presentations. Ideas for fundraisers were discussed and decided on. Community service projects were also discussed and more information will be brought to the next meeting.
Club members will help at the Little Hands On the Farm during the fair.
Presentations were given by Jack Carter on "Who are Farmers," Michael Witt on the problem of food waste in America, and Addie Pacha on the Louvre in Paris.
The next meeting will be held after presentations are completed on April 12, in the Extension Building.
