James Allen "Mac" McDonald, 80, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sixteen Cemetery at Keswick, Iowa, with Full Military Honors conducted by the Keswick American Legion. Following the graveside service there will be a luncheon at the Keswick American Legion. On Saturday, April 27, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the New London V.F.W. with a luncheon to follow. A memorial has been established to the Suicide Veterans Organization in his memory.
