Jefferson County Extension hosting program on stress relief

Jefferson County ISU Extension and Outreach will hold a workshop on how youngsters can avoid stress and how to manage it.
The workshop will be from 6-7 p.m. Sept. 21, and is designed for sixth- through eighth-graders, both 4-H and non-4-H members. There is a fee to attend. Register by Sept. 18 by calling 641-472-4166 or click https://forms.gle/55ihsGhAUS9PCqTK6.
