The Trunk or Treat event was held Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The event was hosted by the Jefferson County Extension/Jefferson County 4-H. Over 500 children and their families trick-or-treated from vehicle to vehicle collecting candy, playing games enjoying seasonal fun. The weather was a little chilly, but the children were undaunted in their quest for fun! Numerous local businesses participated in the event as the 'trunks.”
