Jefferson County Health Center elevates excellence with key employee promotions

Fairfield — Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) is proud to announce the promotion of several dedicated team members whose leadership, expertise, and commitment to excellence will further strengthen the organization’s mission of providing high-quality health care to the community.
Angie Bartholomew, RT (R) (CT) (RDMS) has been promoted to Imaging Manager. Angie has been a valued member of JCHC’s Radiology Department since 2001, bringing decades of experience and a passion for advancing patient care. Originally from Keosauqua, Iowa, Angie has played a pivotal role in shaping departmental operations. As Radiology Supervisor, she implemented new protocols and processes that improved efficiency and elevated the patient experience. In her new role, Angie will continue building on this foundation to guide the Imaging Department into the future.
Robyn Reiter, MSHI, BSN, RN has been promoted to Clinical Informatics Manager. With 16 years of health care experience, Robyn combines clinical expertise with a strong background in health informatics. Robyn worked at the Medical Arts Clinic and joined JCHC in 2014. By 2017, she transitioned into an informatics role, where she used her nursing experience to optimize health care systems and workflows. Robyn’s advanced education, including a Master of Science in Health Informatics, reflects her dedication to data-driven innovation and patient-centered care.
Stefanie Ford, BSN, RN, PACS has been promoted to Prior Authorization Manager. Since joining JCHC in 2016, Stefanie has contributed to quality assurance, utilization review and case management. Her extensive background includes roles as charge nurse, nurse manager, labor & delivery nurse and Clinical Nursing Instructor, giving her a broad perspective on both patient care and operational efficiency. Stefanie’s leadership and nursing expertise make her well-suited to manage prior authorizations with precision and compassion, ensuring patients receive timely access to care.
Haley Jones has been promoted to Facilities Director after serving as JCHC’s Biomedical Technician. Haley brings years of experience working with medical equipment across multiple health care systems. Her strong background in safety protocols, combined with ongoing professional training to stay current with advancing technology, uniquely qualifies her to lead JCHC’s facilities operations. In this role, Haley will oversee the safety, functionality, and innovation of JCHC’s physical environment to support quality care.
