Jefferson County Right to Life holds diaper drive
Jefferson County Right to Life held a diaper drive outside Fairfield Walmart on Saturday, May 11.
Jefferson County Right to Life President Karen Crossland said the drive garnered 4,129 diapers and over $460 in cash, which will go to moms in need at Heartland Pregnancy Center in Ottumwa, Cradle of Hope in Mt. Pleasant, and Informed Choices in Burlington.
“Fairfield is an amazing and generous community,” Crossland said. “A heartfelt thank you to the Fairfield Walmart for allowing us to set up in front of their store. Our hearts were touched by the outpouring of generosity and kind comments we received on Saturday. May God richly bless all of you!”
