How will your high school experiences help you in coming years? The challenges I've faced and overcome have made me resilient and able to adapt. Both are crucial traits for navigating college and wherever my career takes me.
Fondest memory of high school? Hanging with friends and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Which teachers have had the biggest impact on you and why? No doubt, my music teachers, Mrs. Koch and Mr. Peck have had the biggest impact on me in high school.Their passion for music is contagious and they inspire me to branch out of my comfort zone. They both care about their students and it is a positive impact that extends far beyond the classroom. I will always remember it.
Who is your role model and how did they influence you? My role model is my dad. He’s always ready to lend a hand and talk things out with me, no matter what. He's like my personal cheerleader, supporting me in everything I do, and I love that about him. He's the kind of guy who makes tough situations feel manageable, and I'm grateful to have him as my role model.
What is special about your high school? Something special about my high school is how close the students are. It makes the school year easier because there are always laughs. Along with that, everyone is ready to support whenever it's needed. This builds bonds, a sense of belonging, creating memories and friendships that can last a lifetime.
If you go back to when you were a freshman, what advice would you give yourself? My advice is not to stress too much about the future and just focus on enjoying the journey and being true to yourself.
