Johnson, Zaiser announce engagement; set wedding

Brad and Susan Johnson of Fairfield announce the engagement of their son, Justin Eugene Johnson to Shannon Lee Zaiser, daughter of Michael and Renee Zaiser of Burlington.

The wedding is set for Nov. 6 at Azul Sensatori in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.

Johnson works as a turf manager for Ryan Lawn and Tree and lives in Overland Park, Kan.

He is a 2000 graduate of Fairfield High School. He attended Kirkwood Community College from 2000-2002 where he studied golf course and turf management.

Zaiser is the fitness and group exercise coordinator at the Sprint World Headquarters in Overland Park.

She graduated from Burlington High School in 2001. She received her associate?s art degree at Southeastern Community College in 2003 where she also participated on the National Championship softball team.

She is a 2005 graduate of Western Illinois University, Macomb, where she earned a bachelor?s in science degree in exercise science.
