Dana Billingsley, daughter of Mike and Deb Billingsley of West Des Moines and granddaughter of Don and Lois Billingsley of Lockridge, won the senior division of the Bill Riley Talent Show at the 2011 Greater Jefferson County Fair with her juggling/twirling routine to advance to the state fair competition.
