Julsen, Kossow receive Rose Award
Deanna Julsen and Dennis Kossow received the Rose Award for her garden at 500 E. Kirkwood Ave. in Fairfield. The flower and vegetable garden is planted and maintained by Deanna, and Dennis did extensive stonework to beautify the property.
The Fairfield Beautification Commission issues the Rose Award to Fairfield residents who have gone the extra mile to beautify their property.
