Jung Trio to perform in Keokuk

The Keokuk Concert Association will present the Jung Trio on Friday, Nov. 21, 7:30 p.m. at the Grand Theater, located at 26 Sixth St., Keokuk, Iowa.

Of Korean descent, sisters Ellen, Julie and Jennie all have degrees from the University of Toronto, the New England Conservatory, Juilliard, and the Yale School of Music. The trio is currently ?Trio-in-Residence? at Vanguard University of Southern California where they are working to build the chamber music program there.

They have been awarded numerous prizes in major Chamber Music competitions and festivals and have been heard on a variety of classical radio and TV stations, not only in the United States, but also in Canada and South Korea. Enjoy an evening of fine music.

Those holding Keokuk concert season memberships, as well as season membership in the city of Washington will be admitted free of charge.
