Kelsi TeBockhorst of Kalona graduated with a Master of Education in teacher leadership, curriculum, & instruction (effective teaching & instructional leadership track) from Buena Vista University in the Fall of 2022.
TeBockhorst was among more than 140 students who received degrees.
