KCTC announces participation in Iowa Communications Alliance Leadership Academy

KCTC is thrilled to announce its participation in the Iowa Communications Alliance Leadership Academy, a program that fosters professional growth and leadership within Iowa’s Telecommunications divisions. Sara English, KCTC’s Human Resource Manager, has been chosen to be on the leadership team, and will be furthering her commitment, knowledge, and skills in many different areas over the next few months.

English shared her enthusiasm for the course: “It’s such a great opportunity to be able to inspire our team members and help them take off in ways that will benefit their careers and community! It will also bring new ideas and fresh perspectives! I am so excited to be a part of this adventure!”
