Kalona Cooperative Technology Company (KCTC) is proud to announce the successful completion of its LEAD Program, a nine-month leadership development initiative focused on growing future leaders within the organization and the communities it serves.
KCTC congratulates Alex, Austin, Jarrett, Joe, and Kyle on completing the program. Over the course of nine months, participants met monthly for leadership training that included guest speakers, industry engagement, community involvement, and hands-on learning experiences designed to strengthen personal growth, accountability, and professional skills.
“The LEAD Program is about investing in people — helping them grow in confidence, accountability, and leadership,” said Casey Peck, General Manager/CFO of KCTC. “Watching these individuals develop over the past nine months has been incredibly rewarding, and I am excited to see how they continue to lead and make a positive impact at KCTC and in the communities we serve.”
The success of the program was made possible through the support of many partners. KCTC extends sincere appreciation to the local community members, state industry partners, national professionals, and Iowa State Sen. Heather Hora who generously shared their time, experience, and expertise throughout the program.
The LEAD Program reflects KCTC’s ongoing commitment to leadership development, workforce growth, and strengthening cooperative values through intentional investment in people.
