Kids Against Hunger information meeting open to community

Kids Against Hunger information will be presented by Don Fields, director of Kids Against Hunger in southeast Iowa, from 9:15-10 a.m. Sunday at Word of Life Church in Fairfield.

The informational presentation is open to any church, organization or individuals.

The program is sponsored by First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Friends Church, First Presbyterian Church and Word of Life Lutheran Church, all in Fairfield.

?Working together, we packaged 25,434 meals at our first packaging session last September,? said Don Henderson, a deacon at First Christian Church and active participant in Kids Against Hunger.
