The Fairfield Kiwanis Club recently installed its new leadership for the coming 2018/2019 fiscal year. From left are: Ryan Hothus (President Elect), Noreen Septer (Secretary), Pete Tollenaere (Past President), Kathy Schweer (Nebraska-Iowa District 14 Lieutenant Governor), Joe Stever (President) and Jeff Johnston (Treasurer). Best known for putting on the Kids' Day parade and pancake feed every September, as well as helping with local playground improvements and scholarships, the Fairfield Kiwanis Club is part of a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time.
